Choose a request path
- In the app: Open Settings → Account settings → Delete account and submit the protected request.
- Without the app: Email Contact@DealToClose.AI with the subject “Rich Logic AI account deletion request” from the email address associated with your account. If you cannot use that address, explain this in your message so we can verify ownership another way. Do not include passwords or full financial records.
What happens next
We verify that the request belongs to you and review any shared-household ownership or pending actions. We then process deletion or de-identification of the account and associated user data and request corresponding action from relevant service providers, except limited records that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute reasons. We will explain any such retained categories in our response. Simply uninstalling the app or signing out does not remove already synchronized cloud data.
The in-app button currently submits a request rather than completing erasure instantly. We do not claim an unverified automatic deadline; our support team must complete verified requests without undue delay, subject to applicable law. If you have a shared household, we may ask you to transfer ownership before its other members' records can be addressed.
