1. Agreement, operator and eligibility
These Terms govern the Rich Logic AI website, web app, Android app and related services (the Service). Rich Logic AI is a brand operated by DealToClose Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. We may ask you to verify your identity before sensitive account actions.
2. What the Service is—and is not
Rich Logic AI helps you enter and organize transactions, plan with envelopes and budgets, view reports, track goals and loans, import records and request optional AI explanations. It is a recordkeeping and planning tool, not a bank, wallet, payment processor, lender, insurer, broker, registered investment adviser, tax adviser or emergency service. We do not hold deposits, connect directly to your bank in the current product, or move money when you record a transfer or loan payment.
Figures depend on the information you and your household provide. They may not match a bank statement, current market price, tax record or credit agreement. Reconcile important information against authoritative sources.
3. Account and device security
- Keep your password and device secure; do not give other people your personal sign-in credentials.
- Use available sign-out, device-lock and biometric protections, especially on a shared or lost device.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account, household or device has been accessed without authorization.
- You are responsible for lawful activity under your account, subject to applicable consumer protections. We may restrict access while investigating credible abuse or a security incident.
4. Households, invitations and roles
A household contains financial information that may be visible to members according to their Owner, Editor or Viewer role. The person managing a household is responsible for inviting appropriate people and maintaining access. An invited member should understand that shared records may include amounts, payees and notes. Do not enter another person's private information without a lawful basis or authority to do so.
Leaving or deleting a shared household may require a transfer of ownership or additional review to protect other members' data. A personal account deletion request does not authorize deletion of another member's records without consideration of their rights.
5. Your data, uploads and permissions
You retain any rights you have in data, notes and files you submit. You give DealToClose a limited permission to receive, host, process, back up, synchronize and display that content solely to operate the Service and carry out your chosen features. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not violate another person's rights or law.
The Privacy Policy explains what data is stored in the cloud, what remains on Android, which providers may receive AI requests and how to request access or deletion. You may export data that the app makes available, but you are responsible for protecting any exported copy you share or store elsewhere.
6. Transaction entry, SMS capture and imports
You are responsible for reviewing amounts, dates, payees, account and category choices before confirming a transaction. The app may suggest a category or account based on prior activity, but suggestions can be wrong. Duplicate alerts and incomplete statements can produce repeated or missing entries; use the app's review tools and your bank records to check them.
Android financial-SMS capture is optional. It requires an in-app opt-in and Android permission. New raw SMS are processed locally under the current design and do not become cloud transactions until you confirm a structured draft. We cannot guarantee support for every bank, format or message. You can use manual entry without SMS permission.
7. AI Assistant and financial guidance
The AI Assistant may answer questions about authorized household data, suggest spending habits and extract draft transactions from files you choose to upload. Its output is automated and may be incomplete, invented, stale or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is general educational information, not individualized regulated financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for consequential decisions.
The AI provider processes the information necessary for a question or uploaded file as described in the Privacy Policy. Never treat an AI response as proof that a transaction occurred. An AI-generated or extracted transaction requires your review and confirmation through the ordinary save flow; AI itself has no authority to post it.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, to harass another person or to infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
- Do not access a household without authorization, abuse invitations, share credentials or try to bypass permissions and security controls.
- Do not upload malware, interfere with availability, scrape at harmful scale or attempt to obtain another user's information.
- Do not submit a file or message for AI processing unless you have the right to use it for that purpose.
9. Third-party services
The Service depends on providers for hosting, authentication, email and optional AI features. Google sign-in, app stores, banks and other external services have their own policies and availability. We do not control their independent services or guarantee the accuracy of a bank's alert. A link to another site is not an endorsement.
10. Availability, offline use and changes
We aim to keep the Service reliable but cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure from every threat or free of errors. Scheduled maintenance, connectivity, provider outages and device restrictions can affect access. Offline transaction entries may remain queued, require review or fail to synchronize if a household changes or a conflict occurs. Check their final status before relying on another device's view.
We may change, suspend or retire features for security, legal, technical or product reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical and preserve legally required rights.
11. Fees and future paid features
This version of the Terms does not create a paid subscription, price or automatic renewal. If we offer a paid feature later, we will show its price, billing period, cancellation and refund conditions before purchase and provide any additional terms required by the payment channel and law. Simply creating an account does not authorize an undisclosed charge.
12. Intellectual property and feedback
DealToClose and its licensors own the Service software, design, trademarks and content except your submitted information and third-party material. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This is not a sale of the software. If you voluntarily send suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without payment; your financial data remains governed by the Privacy Policy.
13. Suspension, leaving and deletion
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion in Settings or at richlogicai.com/delete-account. A request starts identity and shared-household review; it does not instantly erase synchronized records. We may suspend or close an account for serious breach, abuse, legal requirement or a substantial security risk, with notice when reasonably possible. The Privacy Policy explains data deletion, audit records and lawful retention exceptions.
If you uninstall the Android app, its local app data is removed, but cloud data is not necessarily deleted. Export data you need before an account closure.
14. Accuracy, warranties and responsibility
We will provide the Service with reasonable care. Reports, projections, account balances and AI output are aids to planning, not a guarantee of a financial result. You should check information against records from your financial institution and use independent professional advice where appropriate. To the extent law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by acting on unverified estimates or AI suggestions. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory consumer right or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing law and concerns
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Before bringing a dispute, please contact Contact@DealToClose.AI so we can try to resolve it. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any court with compulsory jurisdiction, the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat would handle disputes. Nothing here prevents you from using a statutory complaint or consumer remedy.
16. Changes to these Terms and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively. We will publish the updated date and give reasonable notice of a material change where required. Continuing to use the Service after the new terms take effect indicates acceptance, except where law requires a different form of consent. If you do not accept, you may stop using the Service and request deletion.
